About Rule1

Rule1 is an American sports nutrition brand, founded in 2014 by Mike and Tony Costello — the brothers behind Optimum Nutrition — who between them have decades of experience in sports nutrition.

Rule1 is also one of the few brands that actually makes the formulas it sells. Sourcing, blending, filling and final inspection all happen inside its own factory, which covers more than 250,000 square feet and houses on-site development labs, with a further 90,000 square foot distribution centre.
