About Psycho Pharma

Psycho Pharma is a US sports nutrition brand founded in 2016 by Darren Housholder. The founder has worked in sports nutrition since 1998, running supplement distribution and building an earlier brand of his own, which gave him long experience in formulation and in costing raw materials.

The range is built around pre-workout, with Edge of Insanity and Edge Pump as its main products. The brand's approach to formulation is to compare the dose and the cost of each individual ingredient, then settle the final ratios through repeated test batches.

All products are made in an FDA-registered facility in the United States under cGMP: every raw material is tested, each production batch retains its certificate of analysis and batch records, and lot numbers can be traced from manufacture through to the end user. The brand is registered with the Food and Drug Branch of the California Department of Public Health.

Edge of Insanity Pre-Workout · Black Ice

Black Ice pre-workout. A full scoop carries 8 g of L-citrulline malate (2:1) and 4 g of beta-alanine, with 500 mg of GABA, 500 mg of L-tyrosine, 350 mg of anhydrous caffeine, 100 mg of theobromine and 70 mg of Infinergy dicaffeine malate. 395 g per tub.

How to use

Mix half a scoop or one full scoop with water and take it before training.

Start with half a scoop the first time, to gauge your own tolerance.

We suggest no more than one full scoop a day.

Notes

High in caffeine: 350 mg of anhydrous caffeine per full scoop, plus 70 mg of Infinergy dicaffeine malate.
Not suitable for anyone sensitive to caffeine, for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for under-18s; do not take alongside other caffeinated products.
No artificial colours; the natural colour used varies by flavour.
Made in an FDA-registered facility to cGMP standards.
