A botanical capsule. Two capsules carry 250 mg of Bulbine natalensis, 300 mg of KSM-66® ashwagandha root, 300 mg of red seaweed extract and 150 mg of fenugreek (50% standardised), with 100 mg of shilajit (50% fulvic acid), 100 mg of tongkat ali root 100:1, and 50 mg each of DIM, smilax extract and boron citrate, plus 500 IU of vitamin D3 and 5 mg of Bioperine® black pepper extract. 30 servings a box.

How to use

Adults: two capsules once a day, with a meal or 30–60 minutes before bed.

Turkesterone is a plant ecdysteroid found naturally in Ajuga turkestanica. It meets World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) standards, suits both men and women and is commonly used alongside resistance training to support muscle growth and repair.

How to use

2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening or 30 minutes before training. No more than 4 capsules a day.

SHRED4 capsules

A caffeinated capsule. Two capsules carry 250 mg of anhydrous caffeine and 150 mg of Infinergy dicaffeine malate, with 100 mg of L-theanine, 100 mg of Zinjaburn® dehydrozingerone, 75 mg of Dynamine®, 50 mg each of theacrine and halostachine, 25 mg of bitter orange extract, 20 mg of grains of paradise, 10 mg of evodiamine and 5 mg each of piperine and huperzine A. 30 servings a box.

How to use

Allow a 5-day adjustment period when you start:

Training days: 1 capsule with warm water 30 minutes before training; if you feel fine, increase to 2 after the adjustment period.

Rest days: 1 capsule with warm water on an empty stomach in the morning; if you feel fine, increase to 2 after the adjustment period.

Notes

No more than 2 capsules a day.
When you first start, avoid taking it on an empty stomach.
A slightly faster heartbeat or breathing is a normal reaction; drink plenty of water and stay active to reduce any discomfort.
