About Fixx Nutrition

Fixx Nutrition is an Australian endurance sports nutrition brand, founded in 2017 by Michelle and Jan Buchegger, who bring more than twenty years of food industry experience between them. Every product is made in the company’s own factory at Burleigh Heads, Queensland.

Its best known product, CrampFix, began with a request from a sports scientist in 2016; the brand built the formula from natural ingredients and tested it with professional rugby players for two years before launch. The range also includes Fuel X drink mixes, Gel X Pro energy gels and post-exercise protein.

Lemon flavour. Each 20 ml shot gives 371 mg of sodium and 5.6 g of carbohydrate, from water, vinegar, sugar and added potassium, calcium and magnesium. Tart, and small enough to take straight before, during or after exercise. Informed Sport certified and batch tested.

How to use

Take one shot about 10 minutes before exercise.

During exercise, one every 40–60 minutes; up to 5 shots (100 ml) a day.

Keep up your usual fluid and energy intake alongside it.

CrampFix Rapid Mouth Spray · Sour Cherry

Sour cherry mouth spray: 30 ml, about 60 serves of four sprays. Built on the same water, vinegar, sugar and mineral base as the CrampFix liquids, in a format small enough to carry.

How to use

Spray four times into the mouth, and repeat if needed.

About 60 serves per bottle.

Store below 30°C, out of direct sunlight.
